All servers are now currently online. We will be checking each and every account to make sure all data was restored properly. This will take some time...if you notice some issues please send us a trouble ticket, or call to report it. We are doing the best we can in a bad situation. Please accept our apologies for this rare occurance.
Currently 3 of our 4 servers are now up and running at the colo datacenter. Unfortunately, the 4th server filesystem goes read only right after reboot due to controler/RAID errors. We are migrating all accounts to a new server and hope to have it up and running soon.
The installation of the ATS at the datacenter has been completed, and power has been restored. We have 4 servers in this datacenter and so far service is back up on only 1. We are working to restore service on the remaining servers, and hope to have this completed in about an hour.
